The Movie Rating by Ian and Melia
Before I criticize it too much, it was a good movie! Rue's screen time was too short. I also think that there was a little too much shaky cam, and I was rather dizzy by the end. Haymitch was alright, but I was personally disappointed. The Avox never showed up, and Madge was also deleted entirely. No one commented that Katniss's mother was a doctor, Buttercup was black and white ( I mean seriously his name was BUTTERCUP!), the Mockingjay Pin was all wrong, no hovercrafts came to retrieve bodies and she never received bread from Rue's district. Last of all, most people who had not read the book said that they did not get the significance of some parts. But with all that we said it still is a great movie and adaptation. They did the best they could in two and a half hours.
The final score we give the movie is:
4 out of 5 Stars
And remember this is our Opinion. It is great if you have your own!

Catching Fire
The movie for Catching Fire has an official release date! On November 22, 2013, people will be crowding in every theater to see the film. Remember to read the book first, because people have said that they didn't get the significance of certain things in the Hunger Games.

Who should get Katniss?
Katniss Everdeen: "The Girl on Fire", was a Tribute from the 74th and 75th hunger Games. She had long black hair and grey eyes. She hunted illegally in the woods and Meadow with Gale by slipping under the electric fence (nearly never turned on) that kept humans in the District and animals out.
Peeta vs Gale
Peeta Mellark: "The Boy with the Bread" saved Katniss's life by feeding her burnt bread from his parents' bakery and suffering a beating from his mother. He was a Tribute with her from the 74th and 75th Hunger Games. He had blond hair and bright blue eyes. His favorite color is sunset orange.
Gale Hawthorne: "The Boy with the Snares" was a boy from District 12, Katniss's hunting partner. He has the trademark of someone from 12, black hair and grey eyes. He taught her how to snare when they first met, when he had caught her admiring his snare.
